I can't think of a reason to look for someone else for East Bay real estate. I randomly found them on Yelp (along with a few other brokers who were mostly either slow/non-responsive or just plain unorganized). I was in a somewhat unique position. My purchase was "For Sale By Owner" -- I was buying the condo that I had been renting. In my initial contact, I was looking for a buying agent. I needed advice on whether or not I should purchase at the price I was considering and I needed a little help negotiating with the owner. Kerri was beyond helpful at this. She had suggestions that unquestionably saved effort and (quite a bit of) money. She also suggested that she could offer a discount to the seller on the agent fees since neither of us needed most of the normal agent services. Once the seller and I agreed to go with this, Kerri's team made quick work of the documents. Kerri was still responsive to questions about the process, renovations, etc. I made absolutely sure to ask every dumb question that I could think of while I still had the opportunity, and Kerri gave useful answers to them all. She also took care of some of the tedious things, like hiring inspectors. For the entire process, she was positive and proactive.
