 Our team was talking today about virtual open houses and how successful they've been with our listings. 

Even when we're allowed to host in-person open houses again, we want to continue hosting them virtually. Usually on the first day when it's hosted live it gets 50-60 views, which is a great turnout by most open house standards. By day 2 or 3, we often see over 300 views! That's way more visitors than we'd ever receive.

People are loving them, and so are we. (Pictured above is Bernadette at our gorgeous listing in Temescal.)
