Only the highlights, please! (Every win counts.)

 Happy New Year! ???? Have you slept off the cookie/family/eggnog hangover yet?

It's okay. Neither have we. But we're happy to be back all the same!

While we’re excited about big goals and high hopes for 2022 (including, who knows, any semblance of normalcy again?!), we couldn’t help but take one last look at the good things that happened in 2021. After all, it’s important to celebrate your wins!

So here's how 2021 treated us well.

Last year we:

• Sold 100 homes (we hit our goal!)
• Added 2 agents to the team (we can’t imagine the team without them)
• Partnered with PLACE (for smoother systems and an even better client experience)
• Celebrated countless client, friend, and family weddings (so many weddings!)
• Welcomed new babies to the world (we love Jesbian’s new baby cousin)
• Expanded the team to Hawaii (that’s right, you can buy and sell with us in paradise)

And here’s what each of our team members had to add:

• Jesbian was psyched to hit that goal of 100 transactions. She knocked out some student loan debt and even helped her BFF buy her house in Florida.
• Pam got her kids into school and her butt onto her Peloton, and she transitioned into a salaried position with the team.
• Angelica Marzan brought her newest baby into the world, started her family’s dream home, and celebrated her fifth year with the Monday Team.
• Rosa expanded her real estate business to Hawaii. Mahalo!
• Zoe joined the Monday Team and reconnected with old friends, virtually. (Thanks, technology!)
• Angelica Tiongson had her amazing, badass team by her side kicking butt daily in real estate. Nothing can top that.
• Karyn finally landed an awesome spot after moving 4 times in 3 years, and she worked alongside the best teammates she could ever ask for.
• Ann also joined the Monday Team, learning from and collaborating with the best agents in the biz in the process. Plus, she made more time for self-care.
