Get your vacay on!

Real estate isn't the ONLY thing heating up this summer, although if you look at all of our closings below, you won't be surprised to hear that we set a personal record for the number of closings in the month of June!

A good rule of thumb in real estate is that if you want to get extremely busy with your business, go on vacation! You'll never be busier. Works every time for the Monday Team.

Which makes us wonder: Where are you off to this summer? Any long pent-up getaway plans finally coming to fruition? Us, we have our eyes on Santa Cruz, Hawaii, Disneyland, and even New York, to name a few places our team is looking forward to.

Of course, this time next week we'll be BBQing for the Fourth of July, which is the perfect segue to let you know that we're already looking forward to our next VIP Club event!

Speaking of VIP Club winners, congrats to Kristin Washington for winning our custom cocktail kit! (What timing—it was also just her birthday!) And Lisa Collins was the winner of the monthly $500 donation drawing. 

We had an awesome virtual event on Friday with Hog Island Oyster Co.'s spirits director, Saul Ranella, teaching us how to make some amazing cocktails. Those who attended even got drinks delivered to their house, because we know how to party. Thanks to all who attended, and for those who didn't, we hope to see you at the next one!
